For years, my work was about observing.

I travelled, filmed, edited and looked for the moments beneath the obvious story. The moments where something changed, even when the person living through it could not yet explain what was happening.

Starting the Firestarters Podcast changed my position. I was no longer only shaping stories from behind the camera. I was sitting across from founders, creators and people in transition, asking the questions I was also trying to answer for myself.

Firestarters grew out of those conversations. Today, it is a studio, a podcast and a growing collection of projects built around one belief: when people are given the right space to speak honestly, they often discover that their story is already pointing them somewhere.
