Building Narrative Systems
for a Changing World
About Sander:
Sander is a storyteller, creative strategist, and founder of Firestarters Hub. His work sits at the intersection of storytelling, entrepreneurship, creativity, and emerging technology. Not as fixed disciplines, but as a space for exploration, experimentation, and learning.
Through Firestarters Studio and the Firestarters Podcast, Sander works with entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders who want to understand what they are building and how they communicate it. His focus is on clarity, continuity, and long term narrative direction, using long form conversations as a foundation to think, reflect, and create with intention.
With a background in audiovisual production, documentary work, and branding, Sander brings both creative depth and technical understanding into every process. He has worked on productions for broadcasters and brands such as VRT, TVL, and RTBF, but his current work extends beyond individual projects. Firestarters Hub functions as a home base where ideas can be tested, stories can evolve, and new formats are explored.
Podcasting plays a central role in this experimentation. Not just as a medium, but as a way to capture thinking, extract meaning, and build connection over time. Concepts such as The Anatomy of a Personal Shift, Future Sander, and the Dream Box are part of this ongoing process, allowing Sander to explore how new tools, including artificial intelligence, can support storytelling without replacing the human voice.
Firestarters is driven by curiosity. It is a space to experiment with formats, technologies, and ways of communicating, always with the same question in mind: how can stories be told more honestly, clearly, and meaningfully in a world that keeps changing?
