I'm a coach. That's it, no more, no less. My goal isn't to be the most famous or the one who will magically solve all of your problems. I am simply me, ready to return, time and again, to the question: 'How do I want to live, lead, connect, and work?'

Katelijn Nijsmans

Katelijn is neuropsycholoog en CEO van How’s Work. Al 15 jaar begeleidt ze organisaties in de zoektocht naar werkbaar werk. Ze combineert haar wetenschappelijke achtergrond met haar ervaring in de bedrijfswereld om organisaties te helpen om alles uit werk te halen wat er uit te halen valt. Daarnaast is zij inhoudelijk coördinator van de postgraduaat ‘Mentaal welzijn op het werk’ aan PXL hogeschool en co-auteur van het boek ‘De brein balans’.

As a Team and Leadership coach I am here to let you and your team grow. To do this I focus on the leader you are, the energy of the people you work with and the culture you want to develop.

I have a great passion to fully develop human potential. I'd say I like to challenge people, and I welcome them to look for answers inside by putting a mirror in front of them.
People describe my style as: challenging, inviting, warm, dynamic and creative.


I mainly focus on business leaders, managers and teams.
In the end I see similar dynamics in different contexts, where I truly enjoy seeing people change, seeing them grow and stand together as a team.
